Who we are
Terrable is run by HBO Dış Ticaret Kargo Taşımacılık ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, Suadiye Mah. Bağdat Cad. ARK 399 No: 399/1 İç Kapı No: 1, Kadıköy / İstanbul, Türkiye, operating Terrable under the HBO Labs name ("we"). Contact: help@terrablegame.com.
What is stored, and where

None of this leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Server logs
Like any website, the servers that deliver Terrable receive your IP address and browser details with each request. These technical logs are used only to keep the service running and secure and are not combined with other data. Access logs are deleted after about five weeks, error logs after about ten weeks.
No third parties
Fonts, maps, images and game data are all served by Terrable itself. We do not load anything from advertising, analytics or social-media companies, and we do not sell or share personal data. The site runs on servers rented from hosting and content-delivery providers, some of them outside Türkiye; they process the technical logs above on our behalf.
Duels and live classroom quizzes
These features are not live yet. When they open, they will process the display name you choose and your guesses for the length of a game, and this policy will be updated before then.
Children
Terrable has no accounts and collects no personal data from players, including children. Teachers using classroom sets share only a link with a list of countries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Türkiye's personal data law (KVKK, No. 6698) you may ask what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because we hold no account data, most requests are answered by clearing your browser data, but you can always write to help@terrablegame.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Authority).

Terrable üyelik istemez ve çerez kullanmaz; oyun ilerlemeniz yalnızca kendi tarayıcınızda saklanır. Sunucularımız, hizmetin güvenliği ve işleyişi için (KVKK m.5/2-f, meşru menfaat) IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisini teknik kayıt olarak tutar (erişim kayıtları yaklaşık beş hafta, hata kayıtları yaklaşık on hafta); bu veriler üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Site, yurt dışında da sunucuları bulunan barındırma ve içerik dağıtım sağlayıcıları üzerinden sunulduğundan bu teknik kayıtlar söz konusu sağlayıcıların sunucularında, bizim adımıza işlenir.
